Celebrating 25 Years
Meet Our Team

Celebrating 25 Years
Southern Neurology and Neurophysiology opened in 2000. Our practice was originally located at Flinders Private Hospital, hence the name Southern Neurology. The inaugural partners were Dr David Schutz, Dr Michelle Kiley and Professor Richard Burns. Over time our practice has continued to grow; two of the founding members, Drs Schultz and Kiley, remain senior partners, however, they have been joined by 7 neurology colleagues.

As such the practice has 9 neurologists, who between them have expertise in a broad range of neurology subspecialties inclusive of Epilepsy, Stroke, Movement Disorders/Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis/Neurological Autoimmune Diseases, Neurodegenerative Disorders and Neuromuscular Disease (see individual doctor bios)

In 2006 Mrs. Kerry Lindsay joined our team as our practice manager. She remains a highly valued and integral part of a smoothly run practice and heads a friendly and efficient team of secretarial and reception staff.

The growth of our practice has led to 2 relocations, firstly to 337 South Terrace Adelaide and then to 32 Kensington Road,
our current location since 2017.
We look forward to welcoming you to our practice.
